How I work

I really love to paint on canvas, but I also like to alternate.

Painting with photoshop is a whole different working process. First I make a quick sketch (see below), make a scan and color it with photoshop. I try different brushes and colors, layer after layer after layer until I think it's fine. I also play with different backgrounds or just color the clothes or skin. When it's finished my layer panel is a mess, but my hands are clean.

When I'm painting on canvas again, I noticed I want to do cmd+z... Ok, that don't work. Working with these different mediums are twisting up my mindset sometimes. But maybe it's a good thing, maybe I'm painting more loosen up this way.
